We just got our first grill. I love grilling. I also love steak. And, since every steak I've had in the UK has been cooked in a pan, I had to grill one immediately.
The marinade: crushed garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and a dab of honey.
Basically, I'm planning on grilling everything I can find until the end of the summer.
